Giving Plan Subscription Details

• Recurring Donations: When you subscribe, you will make regular donations based on the duration and frequency you select.

• Secure Payments: Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged for each donation according to your chosen schedule, unless you opt to pay in advance.

• Transaction Fees: A 3.5% transaction fee is automatically added to each donation total and is not deducted from the amount partners receive.

 

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

• Auto-Renewal: Some donation subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term to ensure continuous support for our initiatives.

• Canceling Your Subscription: If you wish to discontinue your donation subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

 

Cancel Through Your Shopify Account:

• Log in to your account on our website.

• Navigate to the “Subscriptions” section.

• Select the donation subscription you wish to cancel or modify.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

Refunds and Adjustments
